How to Use Gilead Applications

Welcome to our help site for all Gilead and Kite users and external partners who access Gilead applications. Please review our user guides and FAQs below.

You can reset your password or unlock your account at https://reset.gilead.com by logging in with your user ID (johndoe).

Some users are configured to use security questions / passkey to manage password reset or account unlock due to certain requirements. Please refer to this user guide for more details on account setup, logging in, and changing your password.

Typically, you receive a link from a Gilead employee or visit a bookmarked site you were given access to. You can also visit your “My Apps” dashboard.

If you need to start using an app, reach out to your primary Gilead contact (e.g., sponsor, site manager, alliance manager.)

If you previously had access but have lost it, email us or call one of our Help Desk numbers.

When you first register, you’ll choose to receive an authentication code through the Okta Verify phone app, SMS (text) or voice call. You can change this method at any time by logging into our dashboard. and clicking on Settings.

If you want to keep your authentication method but change your phone number, you will follow the same process of removing an authentication option and setting it up with your new phone number.

If you lose your phone, Gilead external partners should contact their sponsor for support.

Use your own organization/B2B account to collaborate within G.Partners. If you are using your Gilead Partner account to access Microsoft resources to collaborate with Gilead, follow these instructions.

Reach out to your Organization's local IT support to enable and configure Windows Hello / Mac TouchID. This is a pre-requisite for passkey solution to work.

Access the GADI portal via gadiportal.gilead.com and authenticate with Passkey.

No, passkey can be enrolled only on your organization provided device. It is strictly prohibited to enroll into passkey other than your organization provided device.

No, passkey cannot be stored on any cloud providers. Passkey must be saved locally on your device.

Before replacing the existing device, remove the passkey stored on your existing device by logging into my apps dashboard. Refer section (2.e) in the User guide.

Gilead uses Microsoft's sign-in technology for Windows to help reduce repeated sign‑in prompts across Microsoft applications. There are known limitations with this Microsoft solution, and in some scenarios—such as accessing Microsoft apps after signing in through Chrome—additional prompts are expected. To help minimize repeated MFA prompts, make sure your Edge browser profile has sync enabled and that you have authenticated to at least one Microsoft Office desktop application.
